Doing this and that, trying to get everything in order, making sure everything is just right but forgetting that He came to your house simply just to talk to you. To inform you about some things that is about to come to pass. Read you the doctor's report. Groom you with wisdom, to get through the next test/trial. Inform you that He knows all about you feeling unloved and letting you know that He loves you and He forgives you for every thing that you have done against his will.
He simply came to inform you that all things do work together for the good of those that love him. Trouble won't last always and weeping is just for a night. But joy does come in the morning. He simply stops by to let you know that "Great" shall be the peace of your children and all your children shall be taught of the Lord. You are the apple of His eye. No man can pluck you out of his hands. He is your Shepherd.You shall not be in want for anything.
No weapon that is formed against you shall prosper. He simply desires to teach you how to love those that despitefully use and abuse you. He gives you the key to keeping your mind sane and that is accomplished by keeping your mind stayed on Jesus. He will keep you in perfect peace! He simply stopped by to tell you that " I go to prepare a place for you and In my fathers house there are many mansions if it was not so I wouldn't have told you so." Without faith, it is impossible to please God.
Where two or more come together touching and agreeing, I am in the midst.When men/women say evil things about you for my sake...count it all has Joy. The power of life and death is in your tongue. I have set before you life and death. Don't be weary in well doing. If you feed the hungry, clothe the naked, you have done so unto me.
I believe you understand by now that Jesus simply came to speak the word but Martha was to busy. She had too many issues that could only be addressed by the Master. She missed the opportunity to be healed and delivered from those issues by being a busy body. She got nothing done. She overlooked the source that would bring her a peace of mind. The peace that when hell is breaking loose, you still possess joy.
Mary chose the good thing and that was to sit at the feet of Jesus to hear every word that he had spoken. After all, He was the one that cast out those seven devils. She had come to him raggedy, worn out, misused and abused. She knew that if she ever left her first love, that the demons who had her all bound up, could and would return.
God is simply saying, "don't get soo busy that you forget him." Don't forget to put His word first. Don't forget to seek his face early, when you rise. We have gotten away with talking to God about all our problems..We say we love God. and I believe we do. But when you say you love someone, you talk to him daily.You are in a relationship with that special someone. Jesus cannot be our Part time Lover. He must be first in everything.When you stay at his feet, getting everything that pertains to life and godliness, you will not be led down the wrong pathway. Let's all get back to our first love.
